Welcome Students! I'm...
NEELESH SINGH
(MSW Teacher)
(MSW Teacher)
My name is Neelesh, and I currently reside in the city of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. My roots trace back to a small village called Jagmohanpur, which is located near Aheripur in the Etawah district of Uttar Pradesh. This connection to my birthplace has deeply influenced my values and my commitment to community service. Over the years, I have developed a profound understanding of the challenges faced by rural and urban communities alike, particularly in the areas of education and social welfare.
In my professional journey, I am the director of an institute called the INSTITUTE FOR INTERNSHIP TRAINING & COMMUNITY ISSUE COUNSELLING (IITCIC). This institute has been my passion and focus for the past 4 to 5 years, during which I have been actively involved in its operations. For the past year, I have been running this institute in a registered manner, ensuring that it meets the necessary standards and regulations to operate effectively and make a significant impact in the field of social work and education.
The inception of IITCIC was driven by my desire to create an institution that not only imparts knowledge but also provides practical training and internship opportunities for students pursuing social work. I believe that education should go beyond textbooks, and it is essential for students to gain hands-on experience in the field to truly understand the dynamics of social issues and community welfare. This belief forms the core of IITCIC’s mission.
At IITCIC, we offer a wide range of services designed to cater to the needs of graduate and post-graduate students, particularly those studying social work disciplines such as Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW). Our institute is committed to providing a holistic learning experience that combines academic knowledge with practical skills. We believe that this approach not only enhances the employability of our students but also prepares them to be effective social workers who can contribute meaningfully to society.
I began my education at Baby Convent School, where I studied from class 1st to 5th. Following this, I successfully cleared the entrance exam for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. As a result, I secured admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Samhon, Etawah, where I completed the rest of my schooling.
After finishing my schooling, I pursued higher education at Kanpur University, from which I graduated. Subsequently, I pursued Basic Training Certificate (BTC), a teacher training program, at Narayana College of Science and Arts, Etawah. This program equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge required to become an effective educator. As a part of my continuous learning and professional development, I also passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), a significant milestone that qualified me for teaching positions in various schools across India.
In addition to my educational qualifications, I am currently engaged in advanced studies. I have completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). This post-graduate degree has further deepened my understanding of social work, particularly in the context of community development and welfare. With the knowledge and skills gained through my MSW, I am now actively involved in offering guidance and training to students pursuing similar paths.
At present, I am the director of an institute called the INSTITUTE FOR INTERNSHIP TRAINING & COMMUNITY ISSUE COUNSELLING (IITCIC). This institute is dedicated to providing specialized training and internship opportunities in the field of community social work. We offer a range of services tailored to meet the needs of both graduate and post-graduate students, particularly those pursuing degrees such as Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW).
Our institute provides various services to support the academic and professional development of our students. These services include:

These groups offer a platform for individuals to connect with others facing similar challenges, share coping strategies, and receive professional guidance.

Therefore, we offer internship opportunities to both graduate and post-graduate students. These internships provide students with the chance to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world settings, gain valuable experience, and develop professional networks.
Our institute operates both online and offline, providing flexibility to students from various locations. Whether students prefer face-to-face learning or the convenience of online classes, they can benefit from our programs and services. We are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive academically and professionally.
IITCIC is not just an educational institute; it is a hub for aspiring social workers who are passionate about making a difference in their communities. Through our specialized programs, counselling services, and practical training opportunities, we strive to empower the next generation of social workers with the tools and knowledge they need to create positive social change.
In conclusion, my journey from a student at Baby Convent School to the director of IITCIC has been deeply rooted in my commitment to education and social service. My experiences have shaped me into a professional dedicated to the betterment of society through education and community work. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and am committed to giving back to the community by empowering others through education and social work.
